This past week of July 16, we accomplished the following work:
- Continued to restore access roads using material from the temporary re-use stockpile area (TRSA)
- Continued to install the water quality swale in Southbury & Newtown
- Completed final paving westbound
- Continued to restore the medians on the Newtown & Southbury sides
- Continued to screen topsoil for use on site
- Continued to monitor and control environmental Best Management Practices (BMPs)

Next week of July 23, we plan to accomplished the following work:
- Continue to restore access roads using material from the TRSA
- Continue to install the water quality swale in Southbury & Newtown
- Install asphaltic plug joints on westbound Center Street Bridge
- Install final line striping eastbound & westbound
- Continued to restore the medians on the Newtown & Southbury sides
- Continue to monitor and control environmental BMPs
