This past week of July 10, we accomplished the following work:
- Continued to restore access roads using material from the temporary re-use stockpile area (TRSA)
- Continued to install the water quality swale Southbury & Newtown
- Completed milling of the westbound roadway
- Continued to restore the medians on the Newtown & Southbury sides
- Continued to screen topsoil for use on site
- Continued to monitor and control environmental Best Management Practices (BMPs)
Night work continuing Sunday, 7-16-23, to Friday 7-21-23 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Working days from Monday, 7-17-23, to Friday, 7-21-23
Next week of July 16, we plan to accomplished the following work:
- Start & complete final paving I-84 WB
- Continue to restore access roads using material from the TRSA
- Continue to install the water quality swale Southbury & Newtown
- Install asphaultic plug joints on westbound Center St. Bridge
- Continue to restore the medians on the Newtown & Southbury sides
- Continue to monitor and control environmental BMPs
